At STEDI, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion choices, which is why we offer a seamless 30-day return policy for all unworn and tagged items. If your fit isn't quite right, we've made the exchange and refund process simple and transparent.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier partner and keep your tracking receipt until your refund or exchange is processed.
